Shipping & Returns
UPS offers online tracking systems that allow us and our customers to track shipments. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box address (but can deliver to a rural route box), so you will need to provide us with your physical address for shipping purposes.
International Shipping:
International shipments go by United States Postal Service.
We ship using zoned rates.
Please contact us for these rates.
Shipments to Europe, South America, Canada, Asia and Australia etc. of smaller sets (8″x10″ and 6-1/2″x6-1/2″) are sent USPS Priority Mail with a minimum charge of $27.95 and up (US Dollars). Please contact us for international shipping of larger items.

NOTE A: UPS (only in USA) add $22.95 for 2/3 day delivery and $32.95 for overnight delivery to basic rate.
NOTE B: Same as above but, normal delivery to Canada is $58.99 with lamp included and $37.99 for filter sets. Multiple sets of filters are the same cost when shipped without lamps.
NOTE C: Other country shipping charges are GUIDELINES. Use these figures to enter orders and if plus or minus, we will email correct cost.

Returns:
POD has a 30 day return policy. Returns are at customer’s own expense and there is a 20% restocking charge. Initial shipping and handling charges will not be credited. No returns are accepted without a prior authorization number. Please contact us for an authorization number.
